Third Saturday Hikers

Third Saturday Hikers are a loose group of people who enjoy one another’s company in the outdoors. We get together on the third Saturday of the month to explore another corner of God’s creation. We get ideas of where to go from GeoCaching, a high tech treasure hunt using a GPS receiver.

Who can come?

Anybody can come who is interested. Ages from birth to whenever. Young people will enjoy it. Elders will enjoy it. You just need to like to be outdoors.

What will you do?

1. Explore the area,
2. Meet new people,
3. Learn new skills,
4. See the face of God through God’s creation.

Where will you go?

Near or far. Some locations will be just around the corner. Other times we’ll climb a mountain. The location will depend on the ability and desires of the group that will go each month.

What is the schedule?

Meet at 7:45 am on the third Saturday of each month at the church’s parking lot. We’ll carpool from there. RSVP the Wednesday before with Erik Paulson.
